Director’s Message

It gives me immense pride to share the inspiring journey of TAABIR Technical & Vocational Center (TTVC), which began in January 2023 with a clear and powerful vision — to empower our youth through accessible, high-quality technical and vocational education. When I accepted the kind invitation of Mrs. Ashraf, CEO of TAABIR, it was with a shared dream: to create meaningful opportunities for individuals who are unable to afford the high costs of skill-based training.

Our mission, “Mission TAABIR,” is rooted in a simple yet transformative belief: no dream should remain unfulfilled due to financial limitations. Over the past years, we have witnessed this vision steadily turning into reality. Through the unwavering dedication of our team, we have enrolled more than 611 students and earned recognition from esteemed bodies including Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA), Sindh Trade Testing Board (STTB), and National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). We have also proudly registered and received recognition from Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program (BBSYDP), further strengthening our commitment to excellence and credibility in vocational training.

A significant milestone in our journey was the celebration of our 1st Annual Graduation Ceremony in February 2025, where 100 students successfully graduated with accredited certifications. Building upon this success, we proudly hosted our 2nd Annual Day & Certificate Distribution Ceremony on 14th February 2026, where 250 students from CBT, Non-CBT, and NAVTTC programs were awarded their certificates and medals. This event was not only a celebration of academic achievement but also a testament to the hard work, resilience, and determination of our students.

Through national initiatives such as NAVTTC’s Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program and globally recognized certifications like Microsoft AI-900, we are equipping our students with in-demand skills in emerging fields including Artificial Intelligence, Beauty Therapy and Skin Care, Web Development, and other technical disciplines. Most importantly, these opportunities are offered free of cost or at highly subsidized fees, ensuring inclusivity and access for underprivileged communities.

As I reflect on this remarkable journey, I am deeply inspired by the passion and perseverance of our students. Their success stories reaffirm our mission and motivate us to continue expanding our programs, partnerships, and impact.

At TTVC, we remain steadfast in our commitment to nurturing talent, creating sustainable career pathways, and empowering the next generation with skills that shape a brighter and more prosperous future.
